Kevin Comerford
Business Owner
As owner of Service Champions Kevin’s main focus is the client.  He is committed to 100% client satisfaction while maintaining a focused and positive working environment for his employees.  Kevin plays an active role in all aspects of the company.

Kevin and his family have been serving the heating and air conditioning needs of homeowners in Northern California since 1972. Kevin gradutuated from Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo in 1994. After he graduated he came home to work in his parent’s family air conditioning and heating business. After owning that business for 25 years, his parents sold that business to a 5 billion dollar corporation in Dallas, TX. Kevin worked for that company for six years after the sale and then decided he wanted out of the corporate world and wanted to start a family owned, client focused business like his parents did in 1972. Hence he started Service Champions in 2002. With these values as the core, Kevin's business has grown to over 80 team members in just over 6 years. Today Service Champions services homeowners in the San Francisco Bay Area (East Bay) and the Sacramento area.

Kevin lives in Pleasanton, Ca with his wife and three children.


Ray Dias
General Manager – East Bay and Sacramento Valley
Ray has collected much experience in the HVAC industry over the last 21 years. He has worked as a service technician, an installation technician, a comfort advisor, and an owner of his own company. Ray participated on the National HVAC service company advisory board.


Bill Drummond
Center Manager - Rocklin
Bill is responsible for all of Rocklin’s departments. He has 23 years of experience in the HVAC industry and is an enthusiastic team player.




Jenni Miller
Production Manager - East Bay
Jenni brings 30 years of experience to her position, 13 of those spent in the HVAC industry. A love for serving clients and proficiency with a large staff makes her the best person for the job. She bought her first home in Dublin 1 year ago and has 2 beautiful, talented boys.





Cookie Silva
Dispatch Manager – East Bay and Sacramento Valley
Cookie has worked in the Heating & Air Conditioning industry for since 1987. She has a long history with the Comferfords, having worked at Comerford’s Heating and Air for ten years, and then switching to Service Champions in 1997. Cookie manages all service calls, estimates, install calls, and any other communications needed. She schedules and dispatches all calls smoothly without appointment overlap. She also makes sure that each staff member gets to be home for dinner with their families.


Jason Sosa
Purchasing/Warehouse Manager
Jason is responsible for all warehouse operations. His daily tasks in include purchasing and negotiating pricing on equipment, parts, and materials. He is also in charge of maintenance of parts and materials percentage. He graduated from San Jose State University in December 2003 with a degree in Communication Studies and a minor in Marketing. He has 6 years of management experience as a construction and project manager in the industry of sunrooms, patio covers, decks, windows, and doors. He has worked in the HVAC industry for 1.5 years.


Traci Jump
Call Center Manager
Traci has been with Service Champions since October of 2005. She manages a team of 7 call center agents taking inbound calls and generating revenue through outbound efforts. Traci was born and raised in the Bay Area and has three beautiful children ages 15, 17, and 18.
