#1 We Show You Respect By… Sending You A Text Message With Picture And Bio Of Your Technician.
Okay, technically this is showing you respect BEFORE we arrive, but we wanted to highlight the fact that you’ll feel more secure knowing exactly who is showing up to your home before they even get there.
You deserve to feel confident that the person you’re letting into your home is the person we sent. (And, of course, all our technicians are background checked, drug-tested, and have gone through a rigorous screening and training to make sure they meet our high standards).
#2 We Show You Respect By… Showing Up On Time.
Is there anything worse than going through the trouble of arranging to be home for a service person… only to be stood up or kept waiting for hours past the time you were promised?
That’s the exact opposite of respecting you.
We promise to take your appointment time seriously and to be on time. We schedule our technicians for less calls per day than typical heating and AC companies to make sure you get on-time service.
#3 We Show You Respect By… Arriving In A Clean Uniform With ID Photo Badge.
It can give you an uneasy feeling when someone arrives to do work at your home looking like a slob. If they care that little about how they present themselves, you rightly wonder if that carries over to how much they care about their work.
We think you deserve the respect of a technician that shows up in a clean uniform, with a neat appearance, and ready to get to work.
For an extra measure of security, we also make all sure our techs always have a clearly visible ID photo badge so there is no question about who they are and who they represent.
#4 We Show You Respect By… Always Asking If Where We Parked Is Okay.
Here’s something we train all our technicians to ask as soon as they arrive:
“Is where I parked my service vehicle okay with you?”
Little thing, right? And 99 times out of 100, our clients are perfectly fine with where we are parked. But we want you to know right off the bat that we are polite guests who respect you and your property.
#5 We Show You Respect By… Wearing Shoe Covers In The Home And Using Drop Cloths – Even For Our Vehicles!
Before entering your home, our technicians will slip shoe covers over their shoes to keep us from tracking debris from outside into your home. We’ll also use drop cloths and floor mats in and around our work area as appropriate to the situation.
We even have special drop cloths for our service vehicles just in case of a rare, unexpected oil or fluid leak!
And Keep In Mind… All This Is In The First Few Minutes!
It’s important to note that these are just 5 things we do at the very start of your service – we continue to show you respect all the way through our visit. We even ask if there’s anything else we can do for you to help you out around the house as a little free extra – even if it’s unrelated to heating and air conditioning.
